The Arizona Faith Network trained 150 volunteers to serve as poll chaplains and on-site conciliators outside polling places in Maricopa, Pima and Coconino counties ahead of the 2026 midterm elections. The network is led by the Rev. Katie Sexton. Nearly half of Election Day sites in metro Phoenix are located at houses of worship.1
