What happened

A review of voter registration records found that GOP operatives from multiple states used Scott Presler's Beaver County, Pennsylvania home address to cast ballots in the 2024 election. Those voters include a consultant who voted in Florida in both 2020 and April 2025 and a right-wing social media personality from Oklahoma. Legal experts say the arrangement raises questions about whether the activity violates Pennsylvania law requiring voters to reside in their election district for at least thirty days before Election Day with the intention of returning there.1
