What happened

York County voters can track whether their mail ballot has arrived at the Office of Elections and Voter Registration by visiting Pennsylvania's voter information website and selecting the Mail Ballot Tracker under voting information. Ballots rejected for missing a signature on the voter's declaration or not being placed in the yellow inner envelope cannot be counted. Voters whose ballots did not arrive or were rejected may cast a provisional ballot at the polls, which are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.1

A curbside mail ballot drop-off runs the same hours at the York County Administrative Center, 28 E. Market St. in downtown York.1
