What happened

On Election Day, Donald Trump called for the Democratic Party's leading election lawyer to be jailed, according to a post by that lawyer, Marc Elias, on Bluesky. Elias, who describes himself as someone who has humiliated Trump and his lawyers in scores of cases, wrote that the call to jail him is not normal.1
